I found part of the  fumble recovery Phillip Bianco made during the 1979 NCAA Championship football game, Ithaca College vs Wittenburg State University, the fumble recovery help stop Wittenburg from scoring the go ahead touchdown. I did not play much during the Championship game because I had been injured since the 8th game of the season which was Ithaca College vs Canisus College in Buffalo, N.Y., although I did intercept a pass for a touchdown and blocked a punt for a safety. Yes, I had to wear a Lenox Hill knee brace.
   What I had said at my Blogs that if an Authority has the ability to change much of the small college football schedules in much of the United States from what truly happen then publish those changed schedules at each College or University as they did during the 1978 football season then they have the capability to change any record about any event or incident, what I discovered was that after records are changed then stories evolved the stories caused incidents and conflicts at Schools, Employment and in Community. Also scores of games were changed I post a letter from the NCAA about the score change of the 1979 NCAA Championship football game Ithaca College vs. Wittenberg State University, of course I believe in part the changes were about Phillip Bianco setting scoring records for most points on Defense. During 1978 I scored on Defense against St. Lawrence University, Alfred University, Springfield College, CW Post College and Towson State University, during 1979 I scored defensive points against St Lawrence University, Bloomsburg State College, Cortland State College, American International College, Alfred University and Canisus College and during 1980 I scored defensive points against Bloomsburg State College and Albany State University, they recorded all zero's for my participation in the scoring categories. Just imagine there were thousands of Ithaca College fans, spectators and Ithaca footballers at the Ithaca College football games they convinced thousands of people I did not score, they could convince people of anything about a person.
     Please take notice that recently, today is 7/22/17 the football video was blanked out by someone, based upon past incidents I am sure they blanked out the football video for all the wrong reason. I think my Facebook still has the football video at Phillip Joseph Bianco Facebook.

     My discovery was that the incidents I describe at my Blogs are not only based upon my participated in athletics but also in the Arts. Again, during my youth I was very active with organized sports but I also traveled and created  & studied arts in Europe from 1961 through 1971.  I had traveled into Washington, D.C., during that time mostly to submit the work I was doing to United States Copyright Office and was asked to submit my art and athletic achievements to the  Trustees of the then Trusts, so, I did submit my Miramar, Florida athletic achievements on 4 Championship teams and art sketches, they were accepted, so I believe the matters I describe have something to do with the incidents that took place with  my art and athletic participation. I never knew what happened  with the art I created during my youth but I re-began creating art work again just over a year ago.      As I had said that the athletic motivated incidents and conflicts re-begin in Public High School and the New England Prep School Leagues, then a rage and rampage snowballs into my Ithaca College career path when I was a student/athlete, then into my employment and Community contributing to my unemployment. Of course most people know if you don't have employment, a person can not pay there bills, if a person can not pay there bills they can not pay the rent, they will lose residence and mostly likely finding themselves in a harsh and dangerous environment and situations, I believe the Authority and opposing footballers knew how such actions I describe at my Blog would effect a person, so, I believe out of spite and resentment because I set football records including scoring most points on Defense in all of small College football which is the Big Record, they attacked me and arrested me out of spite and resentment for the Big Record. After speaking with those people in there Community, they did not just have a grudge about a few hard tackles/hits but they sought revenge. I truly believe if an Authority has the ability to change records from what truly happened such as the 1978 small College football schedules in much of the United States and then publish those changes schedules at each School and College then they definitely have the capability to have a person attacked then arrested. If an Authority has the ability and capability to change records and then create false records that did not happen, then they could make up any story or history about a person. What I had discovered after records are changed then false records recorded, untrue stories evolve that cause incidents and conflicts at Schools, Employment and in Community. Indications there actions are still going on is they had changed the score of the 1979 NCAA National Championship game between Ithaca College vs Wittenberg State University. That change took place sometime after the Year 2012.  Below I post medical records injuries I sustained during there attack and arrest procedure, I know they recruited former footballers as there actors. I also post a wallet receipt of my wallet I never got back proof I had a wallet, that's an identity thing, they questioned my identity including if I was Phillip Bianco.

   As I had said in prior posts just over a year ago, I re-began creating art again, some people liked some of my art, so, I decided to take some art classes, it was suggested I take a sketching/drawing class, so, I did. This sketch is my third sketch after I took the art class, it is a self-portrait of Phillip Bianco, I can say my art skills are getting better, that's a good thing.
   Art is also a matter that motivated incidents and events. During my youth I had spent much time studying and creating in the Arts, I was asked to submit my art and athletic achievements and work to the Trustees of the then Trusts, so, I believe there is a relationship between what I had submitted to the Trustees and what took place with my art and athletic career paths. As a result there were  Court actions, that lead me to an Effective Discovery process and procedure.
     With respects to Effective Discovery process and procedure, I had discovered that the actions were also motivated by my participation when I was studying and creating arts during my youth much time spent in Europe and Abroad. Yes, from approximately 1961 through 1970 I studied and created in the arts. I first began by going on Television Commercial Callings to such Companies as Chef Boy AR Dee. I had come from a family of artists and entertainers, my mother a dancer, New York City Rockette at Radio City Music Hall and my father a musician who suited at the Julliard School and was with the United Federation of Musician Local 802 Union for many years. During my youth I had traveled into Washington D.C., to submit works to Copyright, Patent and Trademark Office, I was then asked if I wanted to get involved with the then Trusts, if so, I had to submit my art and athletic achievements to the Trustees, so, I did. I submitted some art sketches and my participation in organized athletics in Miramar, Florida on 4 Championship team, what I submitted was accepted. There were conflicts and the matters were brought into the Judicial Community, yes, the matters are rooted in the Washington D.C., Judicial Community since my youth.
      As a result to decisions made in Washington during my youth actions were taken to change records from what truly happened and can be found at the Schools I attended such as Tabor Academy. An example is not only did they suppressed my art grade in an introduction art class but  also all athletic schedules, team rosters, scores of games and my personal performance statistics. Example is during the 1977 Tabor Academy varsity football season, Tabor actually played University of Massachusetts J.V., Boston University J.V., Williams College J.V., and Middlebury College J.V., they changed the game score of the Tabor vs. Worchester Prep football, the score was not Worchester 6 vs. Tabor 0. No, the schedules recorded did not happen. A athlete is judged in large part based upon there personal performance statistics. The art grade did not make much sense my art work was as good and better then the other students who received A grades including a student who rarely showed up for art class to my surprise they gave me a C grade. Again, did not make sense to me because my art work was brought to a New England Prep School art show to be exhibited and won awards in various creative categories.

     As I had said at my Blog titled, "Phillip Bianco Football", I had participated in athletics since my early youth. In fact, during my youth when I was studying and creating in the Arts, time spent Abroad, mostly in Europe, I had made a number of art exhibits and for my age that was good, so, I was asked to Washington, D.C., there were those who were interested in my art progress. When in Washington, D.C., I was asked if I wanted to get involved with a Trust, if so, I should submit my art and athletic achievements to the Trustees, so, I submitted some art sketches and my Miramar, Florida athletic achievements on 4 Championship Sports Teams for football, baseball and soccer. What I submitted was accepted by the Trustees, although all heck broke loose, so, I quit participation. I believe there is some type of related matter with what I had submitted to the Trust and what took place with my art and athletic career. I give detail at my Blog titled, "Phillip Bianco Football". I have additional football photographs, newspaper articles and letters pertaining to my efforts to correct and challenge athletic motivated matters.
    What I believe to use as an examples is to first review why the 1978 small College football schedules were changed in much of the United States, I believe the change was motivated because  I broke the small College defensive scoring record. Second, the reason why the 1979 NCAA Championship football game Ithaca vs. Wittenberg score was changed, I believe because I had not only made a big fumble recovery play but because I helped Ithaca College get to the Championship game by scoring points on defense. Third, why were the points I scored during the Ithaca College vs. Albany State University football game credited to other players, I scored 20 points on defense and 6 points via kick return that game. What are the meaning of the actions of making such changes?
    What I discovered after changes to athletic records or records in general are made from what truly happened, then stories evolve, the stories caused conflicts & incidents at Schools/College, Employment and in Community where I lived and traveled. With respect to the change of  the NCAA National Championship football game score, that has to do with a conflict between the Ithaca College offensive team vs defensive team. They did not want to say or record the defense helped win a number of games by scoring points on defense, they wanted to say the offense scored, if the defense did not score during a number of football games, then Ithaca College would not have made the 1979 NCAA Playoff's, therefore, there would be no Championship win for Ithaca.

     The matters re-began when I was a student/athlete in Prep School and Public High School snowballed from New England into my Ithaca College career path, then snowballed into my Employment and Community causing harm and damage, out of spite and resentment for setting Big Record for scoring most points and other categories of participation, I was attacked then arrested for the Big Record, a grudge seeking revenge.
     I also had discovered that the 1978 small College football schedules were changed in much of the United States. Below I post photographs of the 1978 Ithaca College vs. CW Post College varsity football game, played in Ithaca, New York, the Cerrachi Center under construction in background.
 It was said and recorded that Ithaca College did not play against CW Post College 1978, they list Clarion State University as the game Ithaca played during 1978, Ithaca played Clarion State University 1979 not 1978. It's like a domino effect when Ithaca College football schedule changes, then CW Post College football  schedule changes, then the College football team CW Post College played instead of Ithaca College, that College football schedule changes, and so on and so on. Yes, most of the 1978 small College football schedules were changed in the United States during 1978. The players identified in the first photograph is #43 Phillip Bianco, #81 Dan LaNoir and #75 Jimmy Hoffman.

      The order of the teams we played also changed in 1978, example 1978 Ithaca College played Albany State University either the first or second game of the football season, they recorded it was either the 9th or 10th game of the football season, the Ithaca vs. Albany football game was regionally televised by ABC Sports, yes, I did block a punt and partially blocked a second punt. The athletic motivated incident of changing the football schedules is because.  I broke the defensive scoring record for small College football in the United States. The record was held by Mr. Papas of New Hampshire College with 18 points scored I scored 30 points on Defense, yes defensive scoring is a different category that offensive scoring. I scored touchdowns on defense during 1978 against St Lawrence University, Towson State University, Alfred University, Springfield College and CW Post College. I also blocked a punt and partially blocked a second punt against CW Post College. I had discovered when changes to such records are made stories evolve, the stories  caused incidents at Schools, Employment and in Community.

     As I said the legal actions I had taken included filing various Civil Law Suits mostly to re-construct employment histories and challenge records the Government maintained. As I had said that athletic motivated incidents due from my participation as a student/athlete snowballed into my employment and in Community causing incidents, that would include employment records. Not long ago I had written to the NCAA informing them of such athletic motivated incidents and I had discovered that some Authority had changed the score of the 1979 NCAA Football Championship game between Ithaca College vs. Wittenberg State University, I played for Ithaca College and post my side of the story at my Blog titled, "Phillip Bianco Football", I have letters, documents, newspaper articles and photographs to support my side of the story. What I said is that after records are changed such as football schedules and scores of football games then stories evolve the stories caused incidents at Schools, Employment and in Community, then it all becomes a scheme, yes a subject matter device.
      The change in the score of the 1979 NCAA Championship football game, Ithaca College vs Wittenberg State University, is an example of a more current record change incident. I did check during the Year 2012 the score had not been changed yet, so, the changing of the score happened after year 2012, it's indication that some Authority will always make such changes, therefore, there will always be athletic motivated incidents. AS the newspaper article posted below says I did help contribute to the 1979 NCAA Championship win by recovering a fumble during the Ithaca College vs Wittenberg State University football game in there offensive backfield and near the goal area, helping to stop the go ahead touchdown. When I was in legal Effective Discovery from 1991 through approximately 1998 in the Court Systems of New York City I had edited a badly damaged game film short of the 1979 NCAA Championship football game. I edited to the approximately the last 4 minutes of the game, where Wittenberg State University is threatening to score the go ahead touchdown near the goal area. This proved to be important after the score of the Championship game was changed because the game film short shows the ABC Sports banner on the score board with the correct score of the game Ithaca 14 vs Wittenberg 10. I had sent and forwarded copies of the game film short to ACT Theater, Seattle, WA., Sacramento Bee News, St. Mathews School & Church, Kalispell, MT., Italian Embassy, New York City, Ace Video, Park Ave South, New York City, United States Copyright Office and ABC Sports, New York City, they televised the football game. Get a copy and judge for yourself, don't let them judge for you.
