I did mail a copy of the 1979 N.C.A.A. Football Championship game film short televised by ABC Sports of me recovering the fumble near the goal line in the final minutes of the game to help win the small College Football Championship 1979,yes, I mailed copies to ABC Sports, U.S. Copyright Office, Sacramento Bee News Paper, Act Theater in Seattle,WA, St. Mathews School and Church, Kalispell,MT, Italian Embassy, New York City and Ace Video, Park Ave South, New York City. I do need my European Heritage to try and document as much of my Art History as they can and then get published. In the United States that task is probably hopeless,so, they should not be late in Europe and Abroad. But in the United States it is still possible to search and find athletic records like football game films,game film shorts,newspaper articles and photographs. Again, they might try a look in Ithaca by speaking with the Cerrachi Family in Ithaca,New York who once owned the Cable Television Company in Ithaca they televised a taped version of the Ithaca College Football Home Games during 1978 and 1979 season. They might know who video taped those football games. Elmira Gazette Newspaper might know who scrap booked the sports article written about the 1978, 1979 and 1980 College Football Season. My family should be informed that the enemy is plotting to use my suppressed and false history as weapon against my family and friends. I do need to get word to my European Heritage and dear friends asking them to search for any of my art works I created during my youth in Europe and document them then have them published. Also search the Copyright in England,France,Germany and Switzerland for any of my innovations, works and processes and they should also document those facts. The Authorities are saying that they are within the Law because of the convicted felon law that they allege say no convicted felons can have any thing of value and that the Mental Health Law prohibit people from living outside the Government housing systems. So, with this delusional reasoning they say U.S. Congress passed and that the 26 Federal Plaza secret Police type of court heard the particulars for approval they passed into law that NO CONVICTED FELONS CAN HAVE NOTHING OF VALUE AND MENTAL HEALTH LAW PROHIBITS PEOPLE FROM LIVING OUTSIDE THE GOVERNMENT HOUSING SYSTEM.So, with these Laws they believe they are in the right to commit burglaries, destroy personal records then imout fabricated records to build their Case and forge inters and assets of course for their personal gains. The true law is that U.S. Congress and the 26 Federal Plaza Community can not change law to evade wrongs. I say they are the most silly and ridiculous people I have ever heard of that this is not only motivated to steal financial interests and things of value but that they feel threaten because they failed at achiever higher than me in the Art and Athletics. This is important because I was a Trust Participant and the requirements was to submit Art and Athletic to qualify which I did and they did not. Because they did not and they still  needed to use the Trust developed resources they forged my interests that I personally earned by my own achievements, Now I am and people who did not go along with this DECREE NOT A TRUE COURT ORDER with quackery supported by perjury and forgery to steal my interests and assets. Yes, the matter is money motivated also. Someone should get word to the International Community and have them review the true Laws including the mental health law and when that law can into effect. I earned my interests and assets during the 1960's. This is what the Family who run this Counrty did becuase they did not submit their achievementsd to the Trsutee's to qualify.I am sure Pennsylvania is one State that misused the Mental Health Law to steal. Then New York State got theri butt's kicked playing football and they were enraged and made up the Robert "Bob" Firigno Story that this is based upon what ever I achieve goes to the other boys I am sure the State of New York supported that quackery also,thank you, Phillip Bianco.

 I was told the other day by a person in the Community that the whole matter began when I signed a UCC Form for my employers Dan Schivoni of Duplicating Methods Company, Winsor, CT. A UCC Form means Uniform Commercial Code, I signed the form because the employers said he needed something in writing in case he got damaged while I was at his employ. I am sure that someone used that document in another fraudulent and dishonest scheme. I need to check where in the State of Connecticut that UCC was filed and get that reviewed.
