This was the third time in my life I had to re-construct my employment history in Federal Court once in St. Paul,MN, twice in New York Southern District Of New York. Then I was subject to crime scavenging where my copies of the Case Matter was stolen. I suggest my heritage copy the Case Record of Phillip Bianco vs. Social Security Administration. Of course each time the matter is not only motivated for acts of stealing money and illegal gains but because I over achieved in both the Arts and Athletics. Of course I kicked their kids butts playing sports.
